Our products are intended for holistic enhancement and should be used wisely. They don’t substitute for visiting a doctor and are not suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and children.
Our mushroom products have 12-18 months shelf life and are consistently fresh. However, they remain safe for consumption for up to two to three years. While their potency may diminish over time, they retain their safety and health benefits.
How to consume
We recommend taking all our mushrooms with warm water because it tends to be gentler on the body and stomach. For Amanita Muscaria & Pantherina products, we recommend taking them early in the morning on an empty stomach. As for other mushrooms, they can be taken regardless of meals. They can also be easily combined, but it's crucial to adhere to the dosage of each mushroom in the combination.
If you're new to microdosing, we recommend starting with one mushroom to fully experience and understand its effects before introducing others. This allows you to consciously experience and build a relationship with each mushroom.
How to get the best result
We understand that perfection isn't attainable, and there's never a perfect moment. But we recommend striving for cleanliness during your microdosing journey. By this, we mean minimizing or eliminating the intake of meat and fatty foods and opting for a plant-based diet instead. Alternatively, you can choose any other diet you feel is preferable for your body, as we all are different. It's important to avoid canned, spicy, and salty foods, as well as alcohol and smoking.
Over time, as you continue microdosing, you may naturally become more mindful of your dietary choices. However, consciously choosing nourishing foods from the start can aid the mushroom in its healing process for your body.
