You can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The return is at your expense.

For whole caps, tinctures, oils and chocolate the return is possible even after opening the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.

For capsules to be eligible for a return, item must be unused and maintain control over the opening of the jar.

Digital gift cards are not eligible for refund.

If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, the refund cannot be made. Any item returned to us more than 14 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.

After the return has been received by our warehouse, please allow us 3-7 business days for the refund (minus the delivery fees for both the initial order and the return).

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item or your paсkage was not released from customs, it can be replaced with another product or fully refunded.
