Usage: 1-2 grams (0.5-1tsp/ 2-4 capsules) per day with warm water. For extracts — 0.5-1 gram (1-2 capsules) per day with warm water. Take it only in the morning as it gives you an energizing boost. For enhancing cognition, the dosage can go up to 5g per day.
It can be taken as a supplement or incorporated into various dishes such as tea (90°C), smoothies, salads, and more. Additionally, the mushroom body can be cooked and used as a meat substitute. When using the mushroom as a meat substitute, you can consume as much as you like in one sitting. However, for regular microdosing and therapy results, limit your intake to up to 5 grams per day.
Lion's Mane can be taken alone or in combination with other natural supplements that support brain health, such as Ginkgo Biloba. It also can be a good substitute for a daily coffee routine providing the body with energy without unnecessary caffeine.

Advice for all our adaptogens
Our products are intended for holistic enhancement and should be used wisely. They don’t substitute for visiting a doctor and are not suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and children.
Our mushroom products have 18 months shelf life and are consistently fresh. However, they remain safe for consumption for up to two to three years. While their potency may diminish over time, they retain their safety and health benefits.
While every mushroom enhances our body holistically, each possesses its own unique characteristics. This diversity means they can address various states and aspects of our psyche and body. If you notice similar effects across different mushrooms, don't be surprised, they are all like siblings. Same same but different. :)
How to consume
We recommend taking all our mushrooms with warm water because it tends to be gentler on the body and stomach. Functional mushrooms can be taken regardless of meals. They can also be easily combined, but it's crucial to adhere to the dosage of each mushroom in the combination.
If you're new to microdosing, we recommend starting with one mushroom to fully experience and understand its effects before introducing others. This allows you to consciously experience and build a relationship with each mushroom.
How to get the best result
We understand that perfection isn't attainable, and there's never a perfect moment. But we recommend striving for cleanliness during your microdosing journey. By this, we mean minimizing or eliminating the intake of meat and fatty foods and opting for a plant-based diet instead. Alternatively, you can choose any other diet you feel is preferable for your body, as we all are different. It's important to avoid canned, spicy, and salty foods, as well as alcohol and smoking.
Over time, as you continue microdosing, you may naturally become more mindful of your dietary choices. However, consciously choosing nourishing foods from the start can aid the mushroom in its healing process for your body.
Microdosing requires patience as it has an accumulative effect, typically yielding noticeable results after approximately two weeks. While some may experience effects sooner, it's common for the initial changes to manifest within this timeframe.
Typically, the treatment course for each mushroom lasts 1-2 months, but it can be extended up to 6 months if you feel that your body and mind require more time. We all are different, again. :)
It's important to take breaks of at least one month between courses to allow your system to integrate the benefits. Mushrooms act as guides, showing your system the path to better health. Giving your body time to apply this knowledge without continuous mushroom consumption is highly beneficial and effective. We believe that originally our mind and body can exist in their best condition without any additives. But sometimes we need help and guidance, and here om.shrooms come.
Keep in mind, while mushrooms can greatly support your body and mind, they can't do all the heavy lifting alone. They're like a helpful companion on your journey to wellness, but your own efforts are essential too.
