Shipping is carried out from Ukraine, Lithuania, Poland or the US. After payment, we will prepare your order within 4 working days and send you a tracking number.

Mushrooms are sent in ZIP packages with a label "for external use only" to avoid unnecessary questions. Capsules, tinctures, and oils are sent as antiparasitic agents.
Dispatch 2 times a week.

If suddenly the parcel does not pass the customs, we will refund all funds without the amount of delivery. Returns occur very rarely, 1 time per 50 shipments.
You can return the product within 14 days if for some reason it did not suit you. For whole caps, tinctures, oils and chocolate the return is possible even after opening the product. For capsules return is possible only if you maintain control over the opening of the jar.

The shipment of the goods is at your expense, and we transfer the funds back after receiving the goods at our warehouse.
