Dosage: Mushroom extract content per serving (12 g): 0.4 g (400 mg). Daily dosage is up to 2 cups.
Usage: add 12 g (3 tsp) to a cup or thermos, pour 200 ml of hot water at approximately 80°C, and stir vigorously. For froth, use a milk frother.
