How to use? Consciously.

Reishi is a great supplement for boosting your immunity and supporting your heart.


The recommended dosage ranges from 1.5 to 6 grams per day. We advise starting with a lower dose and gradually increasing it as needed.


- Can be used as a supplement or stepped-in beverages, cooked-in food;

- to prepare infusions, steep 1 to 2 grams of dried mushroom in hot water and let it sit for a designated period. The recommended dosage varies from 1 to 3 cups of the infusion daily.
