How to use

reishi supplement for
immune-boosting & heart support

Dosage

Recommended range from 1.5 to 6 grams per day. We recommend to start with a lower dosage and gradually increase as needed

Application

- as a supplement in form of powder for food, hot water, smoothies, coffee, tea or other beverages;

- to prepare infusions pour hot water over a dry mushroom (about 1 to 2 grams) and leave for a certain time. Dosage can vary from 1 to 3 cups of infusion per day.
