Items that are out of stock may be shipped on a first-come-serve basis once they are back in stock. Orders placed on Friday are shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. We observe all federal holidays.

Some exceptional products, such as Amanita Muscaria caps, mushroom extracts and functional sweets, may sometimes be shipped from Ukraine only. For orders shipped from Ukraine, the delivery timeframe is usually between 14-20 days due to customs control. Such cases are rare. We are doing our best to find the fastest possible shipping solutions.
